We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

• Karachi: 2–4 business days
• Other cities in Pakistan: 3–7 business days

Delivery delays may occur during sales, holidays, or due to courier issues.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. 

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures/videos for assistance.
